CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Luru Chocolate Co., we take utmost care at the time of manufacturing and packaging the products that have been ordered by you. Our goal is to provide a combination of quality products and customer service and wish that you are happy with the overall experience. Our returns policy aims to be a reflection of that belief.

Damaged / incorrect orders
We hope that you are happy with your order purchase. However, upon receiving your order and in case of any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your order, please notify us promptly via email on info@luruchocolateco.com Upon further investigation, if any errors in order processing are found, we will offer you an ‘online store’ credit within 24 hours of notification. The complaint notification email should be sent to us within 24 hours of the order having been delivered to you. Our team may need further information to help with solving your complaint. This information must be provided to us within 48 hours of the original complaint notification email sent to us.

Subject to our findings and in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, we may, as a gesture of goodwill, offer you an ‘online store’ credit of the part or full value of your order including shipping charges.


Please allow us 7 days to arrange for replacements to any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your original order.
We will either reship the item or replace it with another of equal or greater value. A replacement or exchange will be shipped within 5 days. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Luru Chocolate Co.
reserves the right to limit replacements. Refunds are not offered.

Due to the nature of the products being sold, we do not provide any returns or replacements.


Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. Luru Chocolate Co. cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier).

We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and company name, apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.

Luru Chocolate Co. is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address;
2. Your recipient is out of town or not available, or
3. You do not provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.
Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or re-labelling for the carrier.

CANCELLATIONS
In case you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. However, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been processed. A refund for a successfully cancelled order will only be made in the form of ‘online store’ credit and will be Credited after confirmation of cancellation within 4 - 5 business days .

No monetary refund policy

Refunds, if any, will be offered in form of ‘online store’ credit only. No monetary refunds will be made under any circumstances.

In case of any mismatch, we cannot accept responsibility and hence, cannot accept a return of any product due to the above reasons.

Taste

All our products are developed through rigorous research and development. They are continuously tested for the perfect flavour, one that will appeal our customers. Since taste is largely subjective, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds merely because the taste of any product may not be as per your liking.

Physical Damage

We take all measures to ensure that the products are carefully checked for quality and for any damages before they are dispatched from our Factory. We do not claim responsibility or provide refunds if our products are damaged during delivery.
